Greiser Priester zusammengeschlagen

Germany. On Monday an 81 year old priest in Wattenscheid – a part of the 400,000-population city of Bochum – was assaulted by unknown persons. This was reported by ‘Ruhr-Nachrichten’. The perpetrators were two men and a woman in their twenties, who spoke broken German. They called him out of the rectory and then struck him with a tire iron and their fists. Then they locked him in the bath room. Hours lady he was found by a religious sister. The priest was conscious but in shock. The robbers stole two laptops, money and sacramental objects from the rectory.
